These Terms & Conditions apply to every order placed on the Stylowears website. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Our leather jackets are crafted from genuine leather. As a natural material, each hide is unique, so slight variations in colour, grain and texture are normal and are not defects. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colours may look slightly different on your screen.
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for providing an accurate name, address, phone number and email address. We use your information only to process and deliver your orders and to contact you about them.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.
We deliver our leather jackets to Pakistan and worldwide. Delivery charges and the payment method for your country are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, public holidays and courier delays.
Orders delivered in Pakistan are paid in cash to the courier on delivery. Please have the exact order total ready and make sure someone is available at the delivery address.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or delivery charges and are the responsibility of the recipient.
You can follow your order's status (Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered) from your order page or your account.
We want you to love your Stylowears jacket. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including the delivery charge.
We're happy to exchange a standard-size item for a different size, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by you, and the original delivery charge is not refunded. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
